Repairs

RGC Technicians are fully trained and certified to conduct repairs on all machinery and equipment sold by RGC, Marposs, GOM, and Mitutoyo. They are capable of repair all capital equipment from Mitutoyo as well as the small tools.

Should the cost of the Mitutoyo small tool repair become unfeasible, a new one will be sold at a discounted price to benefit the client. Profile projectors of any make can be repaired and retrofitted to the latest systems. Marposs units are covered by a warranty and even units out of warranty can be expertly repaired both the mechanical and electronical components.

GOM units are covered by Hardware and software care contracts that cover the internal workings of the sensors as well as the software products from GOM. RGC technicians are supported and backed up by the relevant Suppliers with instructions and spare parts.
